We bought all of our kitchen appliances from them when we built our house about 5 years ago along with their 5 year extended warranty. They applied a large credit toward our new W/D we just bought because we did not use our coverage in the 5 years! This is a very nice family owned business with in house service. They have been great for us.

We purchased a washer and dryer from the newly acquired Mt Vernon TV and Appliance in Mattoon. The entire experience was stellar. Kate and Chuck were helpful with our numerous questions and comparisons. Delivery was handled carefully and well. Although we will miss Card’s Appliance, Mt Vernon TV and Appliance continues with excellent service and selection in our community. Was looking for a washing machine from a place that wasn't from a commercial store and was recommended to visit MTV TV & Appliances. I met David and he showed me their washers. He was very friendly, informative and found me the perfect model for my needs. It was on sale for an excellent price and I was sold! And so was the washing machine. I will highly recommend them for all appliance needs and then some! Keeping it local means alot🙂

Was very pleased with the service from Mt Vernon TV & APPLIANCE. Ordered a freezer. Tommy, John and Randy was very friendly, worked together as a team and delivered new freezer and hauled away old freezer. Would recommend them for your appliance needs. We had others recommend them to us.
